Video : Undi (Steamed Rice Dumplings)| Using Idli Rava

'Undi' is a popular breakfast dish in the coastal region of Karnataka. Traditionally it is prepared by grinding rice and coconut. This version is quicker as it uses idli rava. Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp Mustard seeds - 2 tsp Urad dal - 3 tsp Methi (Fenugreek) seeds- 1/2 tsp Curry Leaves - 1 sprig Salt- 1 1/2 tsp Grated Coconut (fresh/frozen) - 1/4 cup (I used dessicated) Water - 2 2/3 cup Idli Rava - 1 1/2 cup
