You can also have it with your choice of toppings like chopped avocado, sour cream, cheese, corn chips. You can also use this as a filling for quesadillas, or fill it in a corn tortilla. Sweet potatoes, small sized - 3 Onion, big sized - 1/2 Red bell pepper - 1/2 Green bell pepper - 1/2 Jalapeno - 1 Cumin powder - 1 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - To taste Pepper - To taste Oil - 2 Tbsp
