Mint Chutney Sandwich is a very flavorful sandwich. It comes together quickly if you have some mint chutney stored in your freezer. I always make a big batch of mint chutney and portion them in ice cube tray. Then store them in resealable bags for later use. Whenever required, I pull out few cubes and thaw them. This way making this sandwich is a breeze. The bread slices are toasted and then a good amount of chutney is applied. Layers of veggies are placed between the two toasted bread slices. I hope you enjoy making them. Please leave me a comment if you enjoyed it or have any questions.

Churmuri Chikki is a very simple snack. Churmuri is nothing but the puffed rice. Traditionally it is made only with puffed rice, jaggery and then shaped into balls. I made it just like bars as it is easier to eat. It requires very few ingredients and the resulting snack is tasty and crunchy. To enhance the taste I have added roasted, salted peanuts. This can be packed as a snack for your kids lunch box. I hope you give this recipe a try and enjoy it as much as we did. Please leave me a comment if you enjoyed watching or have a question.
