Basil Pesto is one sauce that I always have in my freezer. It requires few ingredients and tastes way better than a pesto bought from the store. I always use walnuts in my pesto instead of pine nuts. Ingredients:
Sweet Basil leaves (Packed) - 3 cups
Walnut - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 1/3 cup (you can add up to 1/2 cup)
Garlic pods - 3
Grated Parmesan cheese- 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
